More in Common seeks and receives funding from foundations, organizations and individuals who share a commitment to building communities and societies that are stronger and more resilient to the forces of social fracturing and polarization. Philanthropic organizations that support More in Common’s work fund projects across a wide range of issue areas including civics, civil society field-building, democracy, economic opportunity, education, human rights, inequality, free speech, immigration, narrative change, pluralism, political reform, refugees, social enterprise and youth.

We receive funding in all six countries in which we have offices. These funders include the Robert Bosch Foundation, the European Climate Foundation, the Fondation du Credit Mutuel, Open Society Foundations, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the Batory Foundation.

More in Common is registered as a UK Company Limited by Guarantee with a non-profit objective  (Registration no 10900540); as an Association de loi 1901 in France; as a 501(c) 3 in the United States; as a gemeinnütziger eingetragener Verein (e.V.) in Germany (Amtsgericht Berlin- Charlottenburg (registration no. VR 36992 B) and as a fundacja in Poland under the registration number KRS 0001006609.
