More in Common's mission is to understand the forces driving us apart and find common ground to tackle our most pressing challenges. 

We have national teams in Brazil, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. While our specific strategies differ according to where we see the greatest opportunity for positive impact, our teams share our vision: democratic societies in which people believe that they have more in common than what divides them.

While there are similar forces threatening democratic societies, we have established separate national teams with their own national strategies, because we believe strategies to strengthen resilience against the forces of division must build on each society’s unique national and regional characteristics.

In our work, we aim for originality, strategic rigor and a sound evidence base. We put learning at the center of our work. We don’t have all the answers, but we are committed to deepening our insights, improving our approaches and measuring our impact. As a learning organization, we put a high value on collaboration and are committed to sharing our own insights generously with those who share our goals.
